LEGAL NOTICE AND CONDITIONS OF USE OF THE SITE
This site (the "Site") is published by CCCP, a limited company (simplified form) with a capital of €200,000, registered at the Pontoise Trade and Company Register, SIRET 400 348 173 00016, whose head office is at RN1 - Echangeur Piscop - 95350 PISCOP.
CCCP S.A.S. is a subsidiary of PISCINELLE, a limited liability company with a capital of €7,500,000 and quoted on the open market of Euronext Paris (FR 0010148130).

Access to the Site and the use of its contents are subject to the conditions of use described hereafter. By accessing and browsing the Site, the visitor agrees without reservation to the following stipulations:
The Site is the exclusive property of CCCP S.A.S., alone authorised to use and exploit the intellectual property rights and personality rights attached to this site, in particular trademarks, drawings and models, copyright and image rights, as original title or through the effect of an express authorisation, patent or any intellectual property right.
The use of all or part of the Site, particularly by downloading, reproduction, transmission or representation for purposes other than for non-commercial, personal and private use, is strictly forbidden.
CCCP endeavours to ensure the accuracy and updating of information broadcast on the Site to the best of its ability; it reserves the right to correct the content at any time without prior warning.
Under the conditions permitted by law, CCCP incurs no liability for:
• any imprecision, inaccuracy, omission or any damage resulting from third-party intrusion modifying information available on the Site.
• damage caused by an unauthorised third party accessing the Site or making it impossible to access.
The visitor is advised that access to the Site may be interrupted at any time by CCCP for maintenance or safety reasons or any other technical constraint.
The visitor is likely to provide personal data. The visitor is informed that supplying this nominative information is optional and is used by CCCP to get to know the visitors to its Site better so that it can meet their expectations more readily and send them, if they so request, information on CCCP products.

These conditions are governed by French law. The French courts are territorially competent to hear any dispute relating to the use of the Site.
